There's injustice in America's finest city; and Torrey Pines is but one of its names.
"The San Diego Municipal Golfer's Alliance was born out of this injustice. Their web-site (www.sdmga.org) is full of information and links regarding the City of San Diego, Golf Operations, and pages of documentation that shed light on just another one of San Diego's many problems. Maybe it is time to sell my over priced house and move. I hear there is some cheap land in Florida."
